Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Third-Party Courier Partnerships

To deliver your favorite Korean skincare products as efficiently as possible, we partner with leading third-party logistics and courier services in Bangladesh, including REDX and Steadfast. By leveraging their extensive, specialized shipping networks and local infrastructure, we are able to achieve reliable, door-to-door delivery across Dhaka and all outer districts.

2. Shipping Costs

Delivery rates are flat and calculated automatically during checkout according to your physical address:

• Inside Dhaka Metro: ৳ 60
• Outside Dhaka (All other districts and sub-districts): ৳ 120

These shipping charges cover standard handling, packaging materials, and delivery courier fees. There are no additional hidden surcharges.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once an order is verified and handed over to our courier partners, you can expect delivery within the following windows:

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 24 to 48 hours
• Outside Dhaka (Dhaka Suburbs, Chittagong, and other divisions): 2 to 4 business days

*Note: Deliveries may occasionally experience minor delays due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, political events, or temporary courier service backlogs.

4. Order Verification & Flow

Our logistics pipeline is structured to ensure security and accuracy:

• Phone Verification: After placing an order, a Shuchi representative will call your phone number to verify your items and complete shipping address. Orders will not be dispatched until we successfully confirm details with you.
• Fulfillment & Tracking: Upon verification, your order is securely packed and handed over to REDX or Steadfast. We generate a unique Order ID in our registry which you can use to inquire about delivery status.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For your peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide. You pay only when the physical package is delivered to your address.

5. Package Inspection & Returns

We inspect and bubble-wrap all products before shipping to prevent leakage. We recommend the following steps when receiving your order:

• Please check the outer packaging and sealing before accepting it from the delivery agent.
• In the rare event of receiving damaged, leaked, incorrect, or missing items, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us via our official Instagram handle (@shuchi.bd) or customer service hotline with your Order ID, and we will promptly send a replacement or correct the mistake.
