- Full Name: To address your delivery packages.
- Phone Number: To contact you for order verification and login authentication (no passwords required).
- Delivery Address: To deliver your skincare products to your home or office.
We do not request, store, or process any payment credentials, passwords, or secondary personal identifiers.
2. Why We Store It
Your data is stored solely to improve your shopping experience and manage logistics:
- Ease of Checkout: When you sign in with your phone number, your default name and address automatically pre-fill on the delivery details form so you don't have to type them every time.
- Purchase History: Logging in allows you to securely view your past order records, delivery status, and order IDs.
- Logistics: To coordinate physical shipping within Dhaka and outer districts in Bangladesh.
3. How Cookies Are Used
Cookies are tiny text files stored in your web browser. SHUCHI uses cookies for structural functionality only:
- Session Persistence (`shuchi_user`): We set a secure cookie containing your name, phone, and address once you authenticate. This tells our website that you are logged in and keeps you signed in across pages.
- Bag State Storage (`shuchi_cart`): We utilize standard browser local storage to remember what skincare products are currently inside your shopping bag, even if you close the tab.
We do not use third-party marketing, analytics, profiling, or tracking cookies of any kind.
4. Development & Platform Architecture
SHUCHI is developed as an ultra-fast Jamstack static web application built to run efficiently with maximum privacy:
- Development Framework: Built using pure, semantic HTML5, modern vanilla CSS3, and standard vanilla ES6 Javascript. This structure allows the site to run natively in your browser with 0ms loading pre-hydration and no heavy client-side frameworks.
- Database Registry: The customer login state and order checkout entries are routed securely to the Shuchi User database registry built on Supabase, an enterprise-grade SQL backend system.
- Hosting Platform: Deployed and serving globally from Vercel's Edge Serverless Network, securing the client experience with automated SSL certificates and lightning-fast low-latency delivery.
